Innovative Gives Back
Being involved is embedded into the culture here at Innovative. We value philanthropic effort and give back to those around us through our local partnerships and charity work here in Minnesota. Check out our community programs below and learn how your organization could benefit.
In Partnership with the Minnesota Vikings and Post-it Brand, we are proud to present the Field Goals for Charity Program. During the NFL regular season, each time a Minnesota Vikings kicker successfully kicks a field goal, Innovative and Post-it brand will donate $250 (up to $5,000 total) to the Camp Cambria Foundation, an organization that brings laughter and joy to the many children living with juvenile arthritis.
Minnesota Football Program of the Year
In Partnership with the Minnesota Vikings and The Hon Company, the National Football Foundation and KFAN, we are proud to present the Minnesota Football Program of the Year. At the end of the NFL regular season, one Minnesota school community will receive the “In the Game Award”. The winning program will be granted a $10,000 check with part of the donation going back to specific programs that encourage all kids to engage in their community despite any financial set-back as part of Innovative’s InSports Foundation. This year’s winner goes to Morris, Minnesota.
Along with the Minnesota Twins, we are sponsors of the Double Plays for Charity program, an excellent initiative raising money for charities here in Minnesota. During the regular MLB season, each time the Twins complete a Double Play, Innovative will donate $100 to a local charity (up to $5000 maximum). Our 2016 recipients: Matter and Starkey Hearing Foundation.
As an official supply partner to the Minnesota Wild, we also work closely with the team on its Charity of the Month program. Throughout the NHL season, we feature a new charity each month. This program provides opportunities and exposure to important charities that would otherwise not receive. Click here to apply.
Each and every year Innovative partners with the St. Paul Saints to collect toilet paper donations on Thomas Crapper night, named after the famed British plumber. We set up a truck outside and collect toilet paper donations from fans who stop by. It’s a great success each year and the donations benefit Second Harvest Heartland.
Helping kids get into the other football, we are the pleased to be the presenting sponsor of MN UFC soccer camps. There will be 35 camps around the Twin Cities with participants between 4 and 14 years old.
In addition to our charitable partnerships, we also support our own charity. The InSports Foundation is a nonprofit organization with a purpose to help kids participate in sports. InSports accomplishes this objective by providing financial assistance and sporting opportunities for kids to get in the game, enabling them to become active, confident and successful team members in their community.
