SUMMER WAVE IS BACK!
Summer Wave, our annual back-to-school bulk ordering program, returns for the 2026–2027 school year! Ordering opens in mid-March, giving you time to plan ahead and place bulk supply orders before the May 8, 2026 cutoff. You choose your preferred summer delivery date, and we’ll take care of the rest. Updated requisition forms are coming soon! And if you find yourself running low at any point, no worries—you can reorder anytime with our regular delivery service.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
No, we do not charge membership fees! Innovative provides access to our Summer Wave (Volume Purchasing) and Paper Programs with no extra costs or service fees. While we typically have a small order fee for purchases under $50, this fee will be waived on ALL Summer Wave orders! If you happen to see the charge on a Summer Wave order, don’t worry—we’ll remove it!
No! All orders, big or small will get the same great price. For example, one box of pens or 144 boxes of pens – same price!

Our Summer Wave program allows for you to place your order by April 30th and we’ll deliver it in July or August. We will be offering several different weeks for you to choose from.

- Receive your orders packed how you want them! If you place orders by teacher, department, or school, they will arrive together but packed separately—making distribution a breeze!

You can now order from Innovative Office Solutions through your Smart Finance system. Please contact your regional Smart Finance support to request Innovative as a vendor on your system.
RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURES
Items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt if the product has not been used, is in its original box and is in resalable condition. Some perishable items, such as food, cannot be returned at all and are marked as such online.
To request a return, simply contact your customer service representative or fill out the form in the online ordering system.
