Last January we had very little hesitancy in naming Jeanne Thompson our “Prankster” when it was time to put a name to that persona at Innovative Office Solutions.
A year later and she is named 2015 Innovative Employee of the Year!
There’s certainly nothing wrong with enjoying yourself while at work, in fact it’s a point of pride here at Innovative Office Solutions. It’s in that spirit, combined with Jeanne’s generosity to her fellow workers and our customers that make her an exceptional choice as our Employee of the Year.
Jeanne’s a Customer Care Representative at Innovative and she knows full well that her persona of “prankster” is a valuable asset when working with clients.
“Absolutely! It makes for a better experience—If I were calling into a company, I would love to have someone on the other line that has fun and loves doing their job,” said Thompson. “You can take a not so good experience and make it enjoyable or a great experience a memorable one! There’s nothing better than putting a smile on someone’s face.”
Jeanne’s right, of course, and we all know that. It’s actually taking that attitude and putting it into action every single day that makes her our 2015 Employee of the Year.
We asked Jeanne some rapid-fire questions to try to get to know her a little bit better.
