Preparing for Setup
Prior
to your scheduled rollout, one of the Implementation
Coordinators will be contacting you to gather
information and learn about your needs. To help
prepare for that contact, please begin to think
about the following topics and pull together data to
ensure a swift setup:
- Ordering contacts - Names and information of
all individuals who will be ordering online,
including locations they can order for.
- Ordering procedures and requirements - Any
rules we should factor into the ordering
process.
- Delivery locations and needs - detailed
information about locations we will be
delivering to and how deliveries should be made
at each location, i.e. inside delivery, dock
delivery, etc..
- Billing requirements - How you would like to
receive invoices, including method, frequency
and any special coding you require on orders.
- Training - Any special needs you might have
for training users for online ordering.
