Return Policy Update

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and supply chain crisis, Innovative is forced to modify our standard product delivery turnaround times.

For any orders placed after Friday, March 20, 2020, until further notice, each end-user will receive an email notification regarding items that are on backorder.  All backorders will be shipped when the product is available.

Temporary Return Policy Amendment for Items Affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19) Situation

Due to global demand and stock-piling activity for preventative items such as disinfectants, masks, hand sanitizers, soaps, tissue, and more, we will be unable to accept any returns on product purchases related to Coronavirus (COVID-19).

For items not purchased related to Coronavirus (COVID-19), our standard return policy applies as described below.

Office supply items can be returned for a full refund within 90 days of receipt if the product has not been used, is in its original packaging and is in resalable condition.  Items such as food, beverages and first aid supplies are not returnable and are marked accordingly.  Returns are picked up within two business days and credits are issued within 2-3 days.  Returns are picked up and returned to our warehouse at no cost to our customers.
