Page Education Foundation | MN Wild Charity of the Month

Throughout the NHL season, Innovative partners with the Minnesota Wild to recognize an organization in the community as a MN Wild Charity of the Month. This program provides opportunities and exposure to important charities doing great work in the community. We are excited to announce the February Charity of the Month, Page Education Foundation!

In 1988, as he was being inducted into the NFL Pro Football Hall of Fame, Alan Page–Minnesota’s first African-American Supreme Court Justice–had an inspiration which launched the Page Education Foundation:  Invite promising students of color to continue their education, ask them to mentor young children of color, and they will accept.

For over thirty years, Page Education has encouraged 7,000 Minnesota students of color to pursue their dreams of post-secondary education by providing them with $15 million in grants.  In turn, these exceptional young people have given 471,145 service hours to positively influence 48,146 younger students’ futures in 325 community organizations and schools across Minnesota.  Overall, 63% of Page Scholars will graduate from their respective program in 5 years or less.

Innovative Office Solutions thanks you for your great work! Congratulations Page Education Foundation for being February’s Charity of the Month recipient!
